Vehicles Illegally Parked Private
If you believe you vehicle was towed for illegal parking on private property:
- Contact us with vehicle information Make/Model/Color/Plate) to confirm, this may be done 24/7.
- Bring proof of ownership (title or registration) and a valid Driver’s license.
- Payment for all applicable fees.

Vehicles Illegally Parked on City of Madison Streets
Unregistered, Outstanding Parking Tickets, Abandoned, Tow A Way Zone:
- If you were parked in a tow-a- way zone chances are your vehicle was just moved to an alternative street. There will be a ticket on the windshield with directions for payment.
- If you have outstanding fees, your vehicle may be impounded.
Contact us with vehicle information (Make Model/Color /Plate/Last Known Location).
If Your Vehicle is Impounded, Determine by Whom.

Stolen Recovery
If you believe your vehicle may have been stolen:
1. Contact the municipality where your vehicle was last seen to report.
If recovered…
2. To retrieve a stolen vehicle, you will need: Vehicle Title, Valid Driver’s License and/or a Photo ID.
